- A leading postal service provider engages Rubean AG through the general contractor NTT DATA Spain S.L.U.

Munich, July 24, 2023. Fintech company Rubean AG (Symbol: R1B:ETR, ISIN: DE0005120802, WKN: 512080), Munich, has been commissioned in a strategic partnership with NTT DATA Spain S.L.U. to carry out a major project for a leading postal service provider. The postal service provider will utilize Rubean’s GetPAYD software for cash-on-delivery payments, replacing an existing product. This marks Rubean’s second major contract in Spain within a short period of time. Earlier this year, a three-year contract worth 1.5 million Euros was signed with Spanish major bank Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (Symbol BBVA:BM), Madrid.
The delivery service distributes several tens of thousands of cash-on-delivery shipments daily. With Rubean’s GetPAYD solution, the delivery personnel can conveniently and quickly accept card payments on the device where the recipient confirms the receipt of the goods. This allows package recipients to pay with cards instead of only cash in the future.
NTT DATA Spain S.L.U. is a subsidiary of NTT Data Corp (ISIN: JP3165700000, WKN 8950009, Symbol NT5). NTT Data is an IT services company specialized in IT services and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, as part of the ‘Nippon Telegraph and Telephone’ group.
