We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Sales Director (f, m, d) for the region Southern and Eastern Europe, United Kingdom and the Americas to accelerate our growth and scale our high-value B2B sales.

About the role:
  • Position: Full-time, permanent contract
  • Start Date: Immediate availability preferred
  • Location: Munich, Germany (with at least monthly in-office presence, ideally more)
  • Scope: Drive new business acquisition and scale revenue through strategic sales execution

What you will do:
  • Execute the sales strategy to drive exponential growth in monthly recurring revenue
  • Win high-value enterprise accounts by selling our proven, certified SoftPOS solutions to enterprise merchants and ISVs
  • Forge strategic partnerships with key industry players, including acquirers, cash register vendors, and other growth enablers
  • Represent Rubean at industry events, with customers and partners, and across digital channels
  • Reporting directly to the CEO
What we are looking for:
  • Proven track-record in the payment industry, ideally with major retail companies
  • 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise sales, with a strong track record of winning new business and managing strategic accounts
  • Deep expertise in consultative selling, with the ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, knowledge of German is beneficial
  • Ambitious, results-driven mindset with a passion for scaling high-growth companies
