Rubean AG has been commissioned by Global Payments Europe, a company of Global Payments (NYSE: GPN), Atlanta/USA, to provide its payment solution PhonePOS for customers of Global Payments, especially in the German market. The introduction of payment solutions is planned for the first half of the year. The payment acceptance solution PhonePOS from Rubean, which turns smartphones into payment terminals, will be offered to corporate customers in the Global Payments app “GP tom”.
In a first step, Rubean expects the placement of up to 100,000 apps, which can lead to a significant increase in revenue for Rubean. Global Payments is a leading global provider of financial technology and software solutions and has been working with Rubean for three years. The Rubean solution is already successfully used by some major customers of Global Payments in Eastern Europe.
