Rubean AG resolves capital measure to finance growth

München, den 8. März 2024. Die Rubean AG, München (ISIN: DE0005120802, WKN: 512080) beabsichtigt zur Finanzierung ihres Wachstums eine Barkapitalerhöhung. Der Vorstand des FinTech-Unternehmens hat heute beschlossen, das Grundkapital unter Nutzung des bestehenden genehmigten Kapitals um bis zu zehn Prozent von 3,276 Mio. Euro auf bis zu 3,604 Mio. Euro zu erhöhen. Die neuen, auf den Inhaber lautenden maximal 327.626 Aktien werden im Zuge eines Private Placements, in einer oder mehreren Tranchen zu einem jeweils aktienkursnahen Bezugspreis ausgegeben. Das Bezugsrecht der Aktionäre ist ausgeschlossen. 

Rubean wächst derzeit stark in vielen europäischen Ländern.
