The management board of the fintech company has decided today to increase the share capital by up to ten percent from 2.72 million euros to up to 2.992 million euros, using the existing authorized capital. The new shares, up to a maximum of 271,750 shares, will be issued through a private placement, in one or more tranches, at a subscription price close to the current stock price. The subscription rights of the shareholders are excluded. The company expects a liquidity inflow of approximately 1.632 million euros from the capital measure.
