Der Vorstand hat am heutigen Tag mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats beschlossen, das bestehende, satzungsm\u00e4\u00dfige Grundkapital der Gesellschaft von 1,06 Mio. Euro unter teilweiser Ausnutzung des genehmigten Kapitals durch Ausgabe von 40.000 neuen Aktien mit einem anteiligen Betrag am Grundkapital von 1,00 Euro je Aktie auf 1,10 Mio. Euro zu erh\u00f6hen. Das Bezugsrecht der Aktion\u00e4re wurde ausgeschlossen.
